This is free 15-20 minute telehealth meeting to see if we are a good fit for individual therapy.

This is your time to ask any questions you might have about the process of therapy, questions about how I practice, or anything else that would be helpful to assist you in determining if this is the right place for you! (There are no “bad” questions!)

Individual Intake Session: $200

This is the start of our work together!

After an initial screening, we will explore what brings you to therapy and what makes you, you! This more structured session is the start of our work together. This is where I will start to gather information about you, what brings you to therapy, and possible therapeutic goals.

Individual session: $185

We reserve a limited number of sliding scale fee time slots for clients who are paying privately out of pocket and cannot afford the full cost of session. Any sliding scale time slots are intended for those whose needs closely align with my areas of speciality. Please contact us for to determine sliding scale availability.

All sessions will be held via Sessions Health.
