How will I know how much therapy will cost for me?
If you will be using your insurance for therapy, the best way to get a correct estimate of your cost of your copay, deductible, etc is by reaching out to your insurance before our first session together. You can reach your insurance company by calling the customer support hotline that’s often found on the back of your insurance card. An estimate of your copay can be provided upon request. If you will be paying the full session fee you will be provided a Good Faith Estimate.
What can I expect after I reach out for therapy?
You can expect a response within 48 business hours of your email! I will reach out to inquire when you have availability to meet for a telehealth consultation. I may also ask you for more information about what brings you to therapy so I can determine if we are a good fit and if the support your are looking for is within my scope of practice.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes, there is a strict 48-buisness hour cancellation policy. Meaning, if you have an appointment at 4pm on Thursday, please notify me no later than Tuesday at 4pm. The late cancellation/ no show fee is the full cost of session ($185) unless specified. This a standard practice in fee-for-service business models and is in place to ensure that I am still compensated for the time that I held for you.
What are the business hours?
Our business hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11AM-7pm.
